Evaluations

Addison Radbill is an elite student-athlete whose 4.2 GPA establishes her as a high-level academic performer with the discipline and focus that NCAA programs prioritize. On the field, Addison is a dynamic middle infielder primarily at shortstop, with the versatility to excel at 2B/3B and also contribute in the outfield. Her athleticism is evident in her 2.9 Home-to-1st speed and a 63 mph overhand throw, allowing her to make high-level defensive plays across the diamond, including throwing runners out at home from the outfield. She demonstrates exceptional range and consistently executes difficult plays with confidence and precision. Offensively, hitting in the 2-hole, Addison is a reliable contact hitter who applies pressure on defenses and contributes to run production. Her quick transfer, strong fundamentals and ability to read the game separate her from her peers as a complete, well-rounded athlete.   What truly elevates Addison is her presence and impact beyond measurable tools. She’s a vocal and engaged leader on the field, consistently calling plays, organizing her defense and maintaining a positive, cohesive team environment. Her high softball IQ allows her to process information quickly and apply adjustments in real time, making her a true student of the game.   Addison’s work ethic is self-driven. She invests time independently to refine her skills while also demonstrating maturity and accountability in the classroom through additional academic efforts. As an Extra Innings Ambassador, she actively seeks challenges, sets ambitious goals and competes relentlessly to achieve them. Coaches value her as a positive force who leads by example, thrives under pressure and elevates those around her. With her combination of academic excellence, athletic ability, leadership and character, Addison Radbill is a standout candidate fully equipped to meet the demands of NCAA softball. — Susan Kemper, ScoutU Softball Scout, Susan@ScoutU.com, 604-808-5215

Message from Addison

My name is Addison Radbill, and I am a 5’8” shortstop, third baseman and outfielder from Woodstock, Georgia. I am a member of the 2029 class at River Ridge High School, where I maintain a 4.2 GPA and plan to pursue a degree in journalism or marketing. I train with purpose, and that work has translated into early success, including earning a varsity role playing 3B as a freshman, being awarded GHSA 2nd-Team All-Region, and playing SS/3B for Georgia Impact Premier ’28 – McBay as a 2029 athlete. What separates me is my softball IQ, combined with my range, speed (2.9 home to 1st) and arm strength in the field (63 mph overhand). I anticipate plays, cover ground, and make confident decisions that impact the game. At the plate, I am a disciplined contact hitter who hits the ball hard (71 mph exit velocity; .373 club BA), understands situational hitting, and consistently puts the ball in play to get on base, advance runners and help produce runs.   I bring a competitive edge, leadership, and a relentless work ethic every time I step on the field. I am a vocal, positive teammate who leads by example and takes pride in being coachable and disciplined. Outside of team practices, I consistently train with hitting and fielding coaches while also focusing on strength and conditioning, as well as speed and agility work to build strength, power and explosiveness. My goal is to compete at the highest level of college softball, and I am fully committed to continuing to develop as both a player and a leader.   Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to connecting with you!
