Evaluations

Addison Lange is a 2023 1B/OF from central Missouri. Addie has good size & strength and offensively is a tough out. Currently plays her select ball with the Nationals. Typically hits in the 2-3 hole. With a little speed and agility training, she could become a sub-3.0 runner and potentially move up in the lineup. Defensively, Addie is typically at 1B due to her tall stature, but she plays a solid outfield with no fear of laying out. Currently an above-average arm, but as she continues to grow and develop she will become stronger. Tons of intangibles and isn’t afraid of hard work to earn her spot. Addie will be an asset on nearly any roster.

Message from Addison

My name is Addison Lange, and I’m a 2023 softball prospect from Ashland, Missouri. I typically play first base, but I also play in the outfield. I attend Southern Boone County H.S. and maintain a 3.9 GPA.

As a first baseman my teammates put their trust in me, so it’s my job to maintain that. I enjoy going out on the field and doing what I love, having fun and working hard while playing. I also hit in the 2-3 spot, so I know my job is to get on base. When I am not playing softball, I enjoy visiting my friends and family who have brought me to who I am today. I often use my free time to go outside and hit or go on a run.

I’ve also got a twin brother who is very competitive with me. He plays football and always tries to compare his numbers to mine, so I’ve got an added competitive fire to beat him. My whole family is always helping me push myself to get where I want to be. Softball is what I love to do, and I can’t wait to find my perfect fit. Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile!
