Eryn Lee is a 2022 grad from Cartersville, GA, who attends and plays ball at Cass High School and plays travel ball with GA Impact Schroyer. She is a scrappy MI/OF with good hands and feet. She has exceptional speed and is explosive in all movements, including laterally. While she plays a strong SS, I believe she will be better suited on the right side as her speed will play the short game well while still being able to nab a ball hit up the middle. Eryn is a leadoff or 2-hole type hitter and makes a defense play her sub 2.8 speed. With her stature, Eryn sees a lot of BOBs as well and is a threat to steal. From the left side, Eryn is a triple threat with smooth feet through the box and quick hands through the zone. She is new to slapping and is raw but is developing quickly. She has a great attitude and a strong work ethic and definitely maintains the qualities & attributes to be a successful student-athlete at the next level.

Message from Eryn

My name is Eryn Lee, and I am a 2022 MI/Of from Cartersville, GA. I attend Cass High School where I maintain a 4.0 GPA and play varsity softball. I also play my travel ball with GA Impact Schroyer. My home to 1st speed is 2.65 from the left side and my overhand velocity is 60 mph. I batted .395 with a .477 OBP during my 2020 club season. I am very passionate about the game of softball. I know the game and have played since I was 5 years old.  I knew from the start I did not want to be a ballerina like my mom wanted me to be. Softball is the perfect fit for me. On the field, I am dedicated, focused and committed to my team.  I believe that we win as a team and lose as a team; therefore, I always give my best. My greatest asset is my speed. I believe this is what makes me stand out from other recruits.  I bat from the R and recently started slap hitting. This has opened up a new door for me on offense. I am learning to read the defense and execute plays that are beneficial for my team. I enjoy being a threat at the plate! My defense is also very good.  I’m often told that I have a great glove. My goal is to play softball on a competitive level while getting my college education. When it comes to choosing a college, I am open to many different options. However, my first priority is to receive a great education from whichever institute I choose. I have been taught to be very serious about my academics, and I consider them very important. I am undecided on a major, but I believe I would like to study something in the medical field. Softball has truly been a blessing to me. I have traveled to many different places and met a lot of great friends that I hope to keep in contact with over my lifetime. I’ve learned a ton of valuable lessons, too. I pray that I get the chance to continue doing what I love on a bigger stage. Thank you for reading a little about me. I hope this gives you a general idea of who I am and welcome the opportunity to disclose more of me when appropriate. If you feel I may be a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
