Evaluations

Brooklyn Feller is a very talented guard from the 2028 class. Already 5-foot-8 as a freshman, she brings length and hustle on the defensive end. Brooklyn has the ball handling skills to run the point, but she’s also a tremendous shooter, sinking over 40% of her three-pointers.   Brooklyn is not just a long distance threat – she’s shown the ability to pump fake, drive, and finish in the lane. Whenever the ball is loose or on the floor, expect Brooklyn to put her body on the line for her team. In addition to her scoring, Brooklyn leads her squad in rebounding and averages 2 steals/game.   Unlike many players her age, Brooklyn is putting in extra work with conditioning sessions and skills training (with a mentor from Belmont University). She will continue to improve her right-handed finishes and wants to be even better as a facilitator. Brooklyn is also reliable in the classroom with her 4.0 GPA. — Jon Feyen, ScoutU Basketball Scout, Jon@ScoutU.com, 920-979-3093   Brooklyn Feller has a plethora of skills that help her team. She has a solid perimeter game that includes great form on her jump shot. Nice compact and quick release. Brooklyn runs the floor well in transition and creates nice space. Understands the spacing element of transition. On defense, she has enough lateral quickness to keep her player in front of her. Player with a nice basketball IQ. — Prospect Showcase, USJN Windy City Classic (April 2025)   The 2028 guard from Appleton does a solid job of being a creative guard. The lefty can stretch the floor and make shots from the perimeter. Feller can also attack off the dribble and finish around the basket. She also does a solid job on the defensive end of the floor. Feller can play passing lanes well in her team’s full-court press and turn defense into offense. The guard has some skills to work with and could earn some playing time next season at Appleton East. — Brady Peterson, Prep Girls Hoops (April 2025)

Message from Brooklyn

My name is Brooklyn Feller, and I am a 2028 point/shooting guard at Appleton East High School in Wisconsin. I play club basketball with the Wisconsin Blizzard. I’m excited to start my process evaluating colleges to attend and play basketball for after high school. In me, you will get a tireless worker, energetic teammate, a solid shooter, a willing rebounder, and someone with a never-give-up attitude. The past few years, I’ve led my AAU and JV teams (11.4 PPG, 40% 3FG) in not only scoring but also rebounding (5.5 RPG). I have earned some minutes on varsity during my freshman season. My hardworking attitude also carries over to the classroom, where I hold a 4.0 GPA and being a quality student-athlete is very important to me.   I started playing basketball in 2nd grade, and it has been my favorite sport since then. I am a leader on the floor and on the bench. I think that you should be your teammate’s #1 fan. I am a communicator and director on the floor because I believe communication is a key to success. As a confident left-handed player, I also work hard to become more confident in my right hand too. I want to make my weaknesses into my strengths.   During the offseason, I train with my mentor Emily LaChapell (Belmont University), who works with me on many skills and drills. This summer/fall I will also be working with Jordan Johnson of Grit360. I believe that strength and conditioning are important to my development. I spend time at my local gym, work with my school’s strength coaches and have sports-specific workouts at Motus RX in the offseason. At my school I am involved in Key Club and DECA, where I can give back to my community and grow off the court.   Thank you for your time viewing my profile, and I hope we can talk in the future!
