Regan Dias, who lives in Redding, Calif., is a professional softball athlete with a diverse and accomplished background. She played 5 years of NCAA Division I softball at Santa Clara University from 2018 to 2023, earning a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in Classics.

After college, Regan took her softball career overseas, competing in four international seasons across Australia and Italy from 2023 to 2026. In Australia, she represented South Australia at three Open Women’s National Championships, playing a pivotal role in helping the Starz secure their third championship title in program history in 2025. In 2026, she is cometing in the inaugural season of the Professional Softball League (PSL) in the United States, one of the country’s two professional softball leagues and marking an exciting new chapter in her career.

Alongside her playing career, Regan has also built a strong team coaching resume. She began by assisting the Seacombe U16 team in Australia during her first international season and later became the head coach of the U18 team from 2024 to 2026. Under her leadership, Seacombe’s U18s went from just two wins in her first season to making their first Grand Final appearance in 5 years in her second. Additionally, Regan has represented South Australia as a battery coach for the U18 women’s team at two national championships in 2025 and 2026.

Regan continues to mentor athletes, helping them improve their skills and knowledge of the game in individual, small group and team settings. She is passionate about guiding the next generation of players toward their athletic goals and using her experiences as both a player and coach to help athletes navigate their recruiting journeys.
