REGIONAL EXPOSURE

Based on criteria given by the prospect, ScoutU will send an email to college coaches in ONE REGION of the country OR UP TO ANY 8 STATES and up to 20 schools outside the region/states. The email will include a link to the prospect’s ScoutU website and personal message (the personal message can be changed as often as you would like; send updates to updates@ScoutU.com). In an email to ScoutU, the prospect will select divisions (NCAA Division I/II/II, NAIA, JUCO) in the region or four states. The email replies will go to the prospect’s personal email that he or she will create specifically to be used for recruiting. On Page 4 under Special Requests, you can list colleges you do NOT want this sent to (maybe schools you already have serious interest from).

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill out the following form and hit “Submit.” Send it at least 1 week prior to when you want it to be sent out, even if the Exposure is for an event that you do NOT have your game schedule for yet. Do NOT send in this exposure request until you are ready for it to be sent out.  So, if you have updates that you are waiting to appear on your website, do NOT send in your exposure request. If you don’t have some information (like your specific schedule for a tournament), submit the service with as much information as you have 1 week prior and then send in the additional information ASAP when you have it. There is no guarantee the additional information can be included, but we will do our best to include it.

Note that when you submit this form, it does NOT automatically get sent to college coaches. We review the form and may have questions or suggestions and we also send out a limited amount per sport per day so college coaches don’t get too many emails from our athletes in 1 day. This is why we ask you to submit the form 1 week before you want it to be sent out to college coaches.
