EXPOSURE SERVICES FORMS

Below is where you can fill out and submit the forms for each ScoutU service. These are yearly services. Your year ends the date you enrolled with ScoutU. Refer to the map below for selecting regions of the country. Fill out the form and hit “Submit.”

NATIONWIDE EXPOSURE

Based on criteria given by the prospect, ScoutU will send an email to college coaches in the regions the prospect chooses. The email will include a link to the prospect’s ScoutU website and personal message. In an email to ScoutU, the prospect will select among six regions of the country and all divisions (NCAA Division I/II/II, NAIA, JUCO). The email replies will go to the prospect’s personal email that he or she will create specifically to be used for recruiting. You can send your email out to any school in the country. This can be done 3 times a year on the Gold Exposure program and 2 times a year on the Silver Exposure program.

INSTRUCTIONS

Fill out the following form and hit “Submit.” Send it at least 1 week prior to when you want it to be sent out. If you don’t have some information (like your specific schedule for a tournament), submit the service with as much information as you have 1 week prior and then send in the additional information ASAP when you have it. There is no guarantee the additional information can be included, but we will do our best to include it.

REGIONAL EXPOSURE

Based on criteria given by the prospect, ScoutU will send an email to college coaches in one region of the country or up to eight states and up to 20 schools outside the region/states. The email will include a link to the prospect’s ScoutU website and personal message. In an email to ScoutU, the prospect will select divisions (NCAA Division I/II/II, NAIA, JUCO) in the region or four states. The email replies will go to the prospect’s personal email that he or she will create specifically to be used for recruiting. This can be done 4 times a year on the Gold Exposure program and 2 times a year on the Silver Exposure program.

COLLEGE LIST EXPOSURE

The prospect may select 100 colleges per year on Gold and 50 on Silver, based on a list emailed to ScoutU by the prospect, to email college coaches. The email will include a link to the prospect’s ScoutU website and personal message. ScoutU will email a list of recommended schools, based off the prospect’s provided desires. The email replies will go to the prospect’s personal email that he or she will create specifically to be used for recruiting.
