Brittany Demarest, who lives in Budd Lake, NJ, is a dedicated athletics professional with a strong background in collegiate softball, both as a player and coach. During her college career, she was a standout student-athlete at Saint Elizabeth University, where she competed at the NCAA Division III level from 2017 to 2022. She served as team captain from 2018 until her graduation, where she obtained a bachelor’s degree in sports management and marketing. Brittany earned recognition on the Colonial States Athletic Conference All-Conference Team during her senior year and was named to the All-Academic Team five times. In 2022, she graduated with a master’s degree in graphic design and media.

Following her collegiate career, Brittany transitioned into coaching and sports communications. She began as a social media specialist while simultaneously launching her coaching career as the assistant head coach for the NJ HITZ 18U College Showcase Team, a role she continues to hold. In 2022, Brittany returned to Saint Elizabeth University as a softball coach before moving to County College of Morris (JUCO) in 2023, where she has been coaching since.

With practical experience gained from her degree programs, as well as extensive hands-on experience as both a player and coach, Brittany possesses a deep understanding of the recruiting process and player development. She is passionate about mentoring young athletes and helping them achieve their full potential at the collegiate level.
