Evaluations

Sienna Stawiecki is an outstanding RHP who commands attention with her 62 mph fastball and exceptional power. Starting her softball journey at 10 years old, Sienna has quickly become a player known for her incredible hip rotation, excellent spins, and mastery of the drop curve. Consistently throwing in the low 60s, she fields the ball well, reads the game intuitively, and knows how to execute plays with precision. Coaches admire her unmatched drive and focus, and she advocates for her own training, creating videos and taking charge of her development. Her strategic communication with catchers and excellent stride off the rubber make her a powerhouse.   In addition to her pitching skills, Sienna is a dynamic player at second base, showing excellent range and great transitions. She is quick to the ball, has an outstanding backhand up the middle, and consistently looks for and executes the second play with a sense of urgency. Her competitiveness extends to the outfield, where she tracks balls effortlessly, makes strategic decisions, and maintains constant communication with her teammates. Sienna’s verbal leadership is a key asset at every position she plays.   At the plate Sienna is a power hitter, batting third in her travel team lineup and serving as the cleanup hitter for high school. Her keen ability to read pitchers, recognizing their hand positions, enables her to anticipate pitches and provide valuable insights to her teammates. She has an incredibly fast glove-to-throw transfer, and her speed as a runner only enhances her impact on the game.   Sienna excels off the field as well, maintaining a 4.0 GPA as an honor student (taking Advanced Placement classes) and demonstrating the same level of commitment to her academics as she does to softball. — Susan Kemper, ScoutU Softball Scout, Susan@ScoutU.com, 604-808-5215

Message from Sienna

My name is Sienna Stawiecki, and I am a 2026 graduate attending Marianapolis Preparatory School in Thompson, Connecticut. I am 5-foot-5 and weigh 155 pounds. My primary position is RHP (62 mph fastball), but I also play second base and outfield. I am willing to play any position needed on the field besides catcher. Over my high school years, I have kept a GPA of 3.7 and plan on majoring in nursing. Although I have quite the introverted personality, I am always open to working with new people and creating new friendships.   As an athlete I am always open to constructive criticism, as it helps me understand the game from many different viewpoints. I will always ask a coach questions on my skills and mental game to keep improving daily. I have weekly pitching and hitting classes through the Planet Fastpitch varsity school as well as one 30-minute lesson. I often try my best to stay on a consistent gym schedule, trying to lift for at least 45 minutes three times/week. Throughout high school, I have completed one AP course as well as three honors classes. Currently, I’m in two AP-level courses as well as one honors course. I have been accepted into the Marianapolis Chapter of the National Honors Society. My volunteer hours include working locally at softball tournaments preparing fields, running scoreboards and music, and running the concession stand. I have been a captain of my travel ball team since I was 14 and was recently named captain of the Marianapolis varsity softball team.   Thank you for taking the time out of your day to view my profile!
