Evaluations

6-6 SF Evin Eversole is a big-time player in Kentucky! This kid has been special since 4th grade and continues to show his talent even now. Evin is averaging 21 points and 8.5 rebounds while shooting 51% from the field, 41% from three and 83% at the charity stripe. He is the leader of the team, guiding Hazard to a record of 21-2 for the season. Evin continues to grab a bunch of MVP awards for his squad.   Evin is a multi-dimensional player who can guard 4 positions from point guards all the way to power forwards. He is very solid on offense and defense and demands the ball when the game is on the line. Evin truly wants it and works extremely hard. He also is a very good passer for his size and has many moves to free himself from defenders. When he draws so much attention, he makes the nicest passes to his teammates. This prospect is going to land a scholarship somewhere with his game and 3.6 GPA.   I 100% back this kid for any college coach. Evin played on an elite AAU team in middle school for LeBron James’ North Coast Blue Chips, where he won a National Championship as well! — DJ Blanks, ScoutU Basketball Scout, DJ@ScoutU.com, 330-466-9539

Message from Evin

My name is Evin Eversole and I am a 2025 graduate at Hazard High School in Kentucky. I stand 6-6 and weigh 220 pounds while playing small forward and power forward. I am averaging 21 points/game, have scored over 1,000 career points and was named District MVP during my junior year. My current GPA is a 3.6, I scored a 22 on the ACT and I’m planning to pursue a degree in Criminal Justice. I take pride in my academics and have always maintained a 3.0 or higher while taking the most advanced classes.   Both on and off the court, I try to exhibit positive leadership qualities. I think that it’s important for all my coaches to see that if everyone is giving 100%, then I will give 120% to make sure I am the hardest worker on the court. Basketball is more than a hobby for me – it is my identity. I want to ensure that when people hear my name, they understand that I’m giving my best to maintain a positive reputation. I strive to be a role model for all the youth in my community and have coached Pee Wee sports for several years. I’ve also helped with summer camps – not only for sports but also special needs camps.   Thank you coach for taking the time to visit my profile, and I hope we talk soon.
