2026 PG/SG Clara Steinberg from Eisenhower High School (PA) is a player. She is the leading scorer for her varsity team as a sophomore. The things that really impress me are her shooting ability from all over the court, dribbling capabilities, rebounding and defense. Clara is currently ranked top 70 in the nation with over 20 points per game. She shows great leadership for her team, and at 5-foot-8, she does a little bit of everything on the court. I watched her knock down 5 threes in one game. She doesn’t let a missed shot get to her head, and I can tell she has confidence. Clara showed great strength handling a full court press from multiple girls by breaking the press, blowing past everyone and finishing with a euro-step bucket.
She has a nice shooting form and her defense is really good as well. Clara is strong on the defensive side due to her physicality and toughness – she sometimes guards PF and C – pushing them out of the paint with great effort. Clara has all the capabilities and attributes to play at the next level. She also plays high-level AAU basketball and currently holds a 3.9 GPA.

Message from Clara
My name is Clara Steinberg, and I am a 2026 PG/SG from Eisenhower High School in Russell Pennsylvania. I am a very strong 5-foot-8 who can play D at the 4 or 5 spot. During my junior season, I earned 2nd-Team All-State, averaging 23 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists, 4 steals and 2 blocks. I enjoy being a leader for my team and served as a captain. I also participate in Student Council, Key Club, SADD club, and I’m a class officer for my grade.
I maintain a 3.9 GPA in school. I am dedicated to the game, working 5 days/week with a skills trainer, and lifting 3-4 days/week before school. I’m also perfecting my craft for hours a day on my own. I am a vocal team player with hustle and aggression. I make sure to always help my team and cheer them on. I never take days off, even if I am sick or tired. I am obsessed with the game of basketball, and it’s my dream to play at the next level.
