Message from Bella

My name is Bella Thomas, and I am a 2026 runner from Assumption High School in Wisconsin Rapids, WI. I am 5-foot-2 and 106 pounds. I am currently a sprinter, running anything from a 60-meter dash up to 400 meters, but I’m open to any opportunity that is presented. I have won the 100 state title as a freshman, sophomore and junior and won the 200 title as a sophomore and junior. My best time in the 100 is 11.94, 24.45 in the 200 and 59.02 in the 400. I am a good student currently with a 3.78 GPA. My favorite subjects are science and biology, and I hope to pursue a profession in one of those fields. My goal is to become a NP or PA. The main thing that stands out about me is my work ethic – ever since 7th grade I’ve gotten up early before school to do a strength and conditioning workout. I go to the gym every morning with my dad and younger brother, 5 days a week, year-round.   I am very dedicated to track and want to continue to better myself, but I’m able to balance hard work and fun. My workouts are focused on strength and power, doing deadlifts and squats. Three times a week, I add abdominal work and cardio. Then, two times a week, I focus on plyometrics, doing iso holds, single leg jumps and band training. I attend speed camps throughout the year and also participate in training that detects my strengths and weaknesses. Not only do I push myself physically, but I also challenge myself academically. I am taking honors classes this year, such as PACC American Literature, Church History Honors, and Honors Choir. I am part of the National Honor Society, Teen Leadership and Pep Club at school. I also volunteer in my community through the United Way (Day of Caring), The Neighborhood Table, and I’m very active in my church.   Thank you coach for taking the time to view my profile. I look forward to hearing back from you!
