Reganne Henning is a strong 2021 2B/OF from
She has a strong softball IQ that definitely translates well in her talent. She is a solid 2B that could be a legit SS but lacks a little arm strength for the left side deep slot. Reads the ball well and plays the inside/outside well. Offensively, Reganne has occasional power to go with her size but also has enough speed (2.9 H-1st) to leg an extra base when needed. She projects well and will be a force as she develops and adds some strength.

MESSAGE FROM REGANNE
Hello from Reganne Henning! I’m a 2021 at Beatrice High School Beatrice, NE. In high school, I’ve been a starter at second base on the varsity team since my freshman year. For my Prodigy Easton Elite travel team, I start primarily at second base and outfield. I will play where I am needed. I’ve played other organized sports, too (basketball, track and even soccerl). But softball will always be my hands-down favorite, which I would love to play in college. My overhand velocity is 60 mph, and I batted .393 with a .499 OBP and .605 SLG with my travel ball team. Academics is also extremely important, so I work just as hard in the classroom. Since my freshman year, I’ve pulled straight A’s and have an overall 4.0 GPA and a 27 on my ACT. I am also ranked No. 1 in my class. I’ve also received several academic high school and conference awards. I am an athlete at heart and have learned the importance of time management, staying on top of my studies, keeping my body in shape and preventing injuries. Achieving your goals is not going to be easy – and that’s where hard work, dedication and determination pays off. I’ve always been told by my coaches that my leadership, work ethic, athleticism, positive attitude, coachability, high energy, sense of humor, speed and passion has made me a stand-out player. I love learning new techniques, and I’m always ready for a new challenge. I am very competitive and will always put forth my best effort to help the team be successful. When I fall, I get right back up and try again. I would love to see and talk to you at our games. Thank you for taking the time to consider me as a viable prospect for your program, and I appreciate your time in checking out my profile.
