Matt Rosenblum, who lives in Orlando, Fla., has been entrenched in the soccer world since the early 1980s. First as a high-level player with the Olympic Development Program, then later branching into youth coaching at the grass-roots level in the U.S. He spent many years recruiting and coaching top players for Orlando City Major League Soccer Academy and MLS Next teams across the southeast region. These teams captured championships and competed in some of the most prestigious tournaments, including Generation Adidas Cup, Dallas Cup and Iber Cup, from U9 to semi-pro divisions, spanning nearly two decades. He has worked with players from a young age that are now playing professionally in leagues such as La Liga, MLS and United Soccer League, as well as NCAA Divisions I, II and III. He also served on the board of a non-profit organization, AS Frenzi, from start-up and helped lead them to a national championship in the United Premier Soccer League Premier Division in 2023, both on the sidelines and by creating strong relationships with some of the best academies in the country.

Matthew is also an award-winning author for his book series called “The Soccer Success Play Book,” which won the distinguished International Impact Book Award in 2025. The series dives into the intricacies of successfully navigating the youth and academy landscapes in the U.S., helping players and parents to make the right decisions for impacting their futures.
