Haleigh Webb, who lives in Dayton, Ohio, played NCAA Division III softball at Wilmington College in Ohio and at the JUCO level at Sinclair Community College in Ohio. While in high school, Haleigh was a 4-year varsity starter and played with the National Cup team in Europe. During her time in college softball, where she was the freshman pitcher of the year, Haleigh also received her bachelor’s degree in criminal psychology.

After college and a career-ending injury in law enforcement, Haleigh transitioned into coaching travel softball and high school varsity at Cedarville High School. More recently, Haleigh started a business running camps, recruiting seminars and lessons based in Dayton, Ohio. She works with athletes of all ages and ability levels. She is also currently work towards her master’s degree in sports psychology.

Haleigh loves the opportunity to help young athletes realize and achieve their goals. She has a true passion for the game of softball and building the future of the sport. With her own personal experience of the recruiting process as a former college athlete, as a current coach and as a parent helping her stepdaughter through the recruiting process, she has a deep understanding of the recruiting process.
