Anthony Medaglia, who lives in Cleveland, Ohio, brings over a decade of experience in baseball and softball, including at the MLB level. He excelled as a baseball operations professional, sports technology leader and coach at both the professional and amateur levels. Known for his energy and passion for player evaluation, scouting and athlete development, Anthony spent 7 years with the Cleveland Guardians, where he played a key role in establishing one of the best farm systems in baseball.
Anthony’s contributions in managing baseball performance technology, scouting, pitch/swing design and player evaluation helped the Guardians achieve success, including their 2016 World Series appearance and three American League Central Division titles. A graduate of MLB Scout School and certified by the Major League Scouting Bureau, Anthony possesses a sharp eye for talent and a deep understanding of the game. His background includes playing at Lake Erie College (NCAA Division III) and coaching at Shaker Heights High School, John Marshall High School and Baldwin Wallace University, one of the top collegiate programs in the country.
