Adam Hussman, who lives in North Mankato, Minn., has a strong background in scouting, talent evaluation and college-athletics communication that allows him to guide families with honesty and clarity. Adam began his career with Sports Management Worldwide and NetScouts Basketball in 2018 where he trained in professional scouting standards, evaluated NCAA Division I players through live and film-based scouting and learned what college coaches truly look for in prospects. During his time there, Adam received mentorship from former NBA Executive Mark Warkentien and NetScouts manager, Carl Berman.

Adam has also worked as a Senior Recruiting Coordinator, helping hundreds of families understand the recruiting process and preparing athletes for meaningful engagement with college programs across 30-plus sports. Adam has continued to work in content work for FanSided, covering recruiting trends, analyzing prospects and staying current with how college programs build their rosters. Adam’s time as an independent contractor with Pivot Analysis connected him with coaches at major programs such as Arizona, Villanova, Ohio State and Washington State, strengthening his understanding of how coaches identify prospects worth pursuing.

Since 2022, Adam has also served as the Sports Information Director at Martin Luther College where he oversees coverage for 16 NCAA Division III programs. This role keeps Adam closely connected to college athletics — how programs operate, what coaches value and the daily reality of being a student-athlete.
